Katelyn Sutton, 6, watches television before leaving for school with her father, Matt Sutton, in their home in Millfield, Ohio, on Mar. 8, 2012. Since medically retiring from the army in 2007, Sutton has gone through a divorce and is currently fighting for full custody of his daughter. Despite living in a relatively secluded neighborhood, Sutton rarely allows his daughter to play outside alone. "When I became a parent, that's when I got post-traumatic stress disorder," said Sutton. "When you hear the kids crying and they're crying while you're clearing the rooms … it didn't affect me while I was there, but when you have a child, you can actually visualize what if the roles were reversed. What if it was you dying in front of your child?"
